Nuclear power is antiquated. Take down your whole opponent almost risk-free. Simply define him, release the swarm, and relax.

Comment:

The professor's final speech is entirely accurate. It has been proved that individuals crave power. And they will defend it at all costs. Such inventions would provide much too much control to a single person. It's very terrifying.
